Brief Officer Bio:    David is a Senior Advisor with CRE Advisors in Winter Park, FL. David has been in Commercial Brokerage since 2004. David moved to Central Florida in 1990 while employed with Publix Super Markets. It was during a community service day with his team that he was introduced to The Mustard Seed. The services that TMS provide are essential to the growing population of our community. David has been involved in non profit volunteering since the age of 7 beginning with The Special Olympics.

Brief Officer Bio:    Wendy Matyjevich is the founder of HR Business Partner Group, LLC. With more than 15 years of hands-on strategic experience in corporate human resources, as well as a Master’s in Human Resources and a Master’s in Health Care Administration, Wendy is passionate about providing practical solutions to corporate human capital challenges.Why she joined TMS: Wendy has been a supporter of the Mustard Seed for many years. She has often engaged her friends and colleagues to donate furniture and clothing to support the Mustard Seed mission. She is a firm believer of giving a hand up.

Brief Officer Bio:    Irene McNutt is a Shareholder in the Accounting and Auditing Services Department of Vestal & Wiler and is the firm’s designated audit partner for the AICPA’s Employee Benefit Plan Audit Quality Center. Irene has been a member of our firm since graduating from the University of Central Florida in 1994. In addition to her expertise in the employee benefits arena, Irene serves some of our largest clients in professional services, manufacturing, construction and auto dealership industries, to name a few. Irene is a member of the American and Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Brief Officer Bio:    Mitch Schrenk is a partner with the LeMasters Schrenk Group, a wealth management team with UBS Financial Services.  He and Rhonda have been married for 35 years and have three children (all married) and one grandchild. In addition to The Mustard Seed, he serves on the board of Mercy Drive Ministries and was on the board of Children’s Home Society of Central Florida for 10 years.  He and Rhonda are charter members of University Carillon United Methodist Church where he served as lay leader for 10 years.  Mitch attended the University of Florida and still enjoys attending Gator games, win or lose.Why he joined TMS: I joined the board because I believe in the mission of The Mustard Seed and want to help the organization grow and help more families.

Brief Officer Bio:    Aubrey   Harry Ducker Jr., is an Attorney and member of the Orange County Bar   Association, the Florida Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.   Practicing in Elder Law, Family Law and Guardianships, he particularly enjoys   advocating for children in contested custody, abuse and neglect cases as a   Guardian Ad Litem. After serving six years in the U.S. Navy, Mr. Ducker   attended Valencia Community College and the University of Central Florida. He   then obtained his law degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law   in 1999.Since 2004, Mr. Ducker has served on the Board of Directors of   Christian Ethics Today, a national publication, and joined the Mustard Seed   of Central Florida as a board member in 2010.Why he joined TMS: The Mustard   Seed is a great contributor to the green economy. Its principles of Recycle,   Reduce, Reuse, along with its meeting needs for an under-served population in   our community, speak to my heart and my concerns.

Brief Officer Bio:    Felicia R. Lewis, Business Banker, Vice President with Regions Bank.  She is a goal oriented Sales Professional with over twenty years of experience in the financial services industry/banking who believes in providing quality customer service and is committed to adding the most value to the organization.   She focuses on building a sustained competitive advantage by sharing a clear vision of the company’s mission and developing team members through coaching and leadership.Felicia’s work related responsibilities include developing, managing and sustaining a small business banking relationship within an assigned geographic market by prospecting, cross selling, relationship monitoring and providing customer service.  Currently, she is managing a portfolio with in excess of $26MM in deposits and $51MM in loans.  Felicia is a four time Chairman’s Club winner (2006, 2007, 2008 and 2010) for her overall performance.  Chairman’s Club is one of the highest annual recognition that a sales associate can receive at Regions Bank.  The award recognizes the associate who has demonstrated a combination of excellent customer service with the ability to build and grow relationships with customers.She is very committed to working with the youth of today.  She is very involved in the mentoring of teens both in her church and community.  The organizations that she has worked with include Junior Achievement and Partners in Education.Felicia is a graduate of Nova Southeastern University where she obtained both her Bachelor of Science (September 1999) and Masters of Business Administration (July 2001).Her hobbies would include reading, exercising, traveling and most of all spending time with family.  Why she joined TMS: Felicia became an active Board Member for The Mustard Seed in Mid-year 2011.  It was both the mission of the organization and the community that made this organization one that Felicia felt the calling to serve.  Being affiliated with The Mustard Seed gives Felicia a greater level of pride and appreciation for serving her community.  She is able to see first-hand the lives that are being impacted by the organization.  Because of this, it makes serving on the board a blessing.

Brief Officer Bio:    David Murphy is the President and a Partner with Allstate Food Marketing, a foodservice sales and marketing agency headquartered in Orlando. He and Trish, his wife, have 2 sons.Why he joined TMS: I joined The Mustard Seed because I believe that the cause is a great one, it assists those that have encountered an unfortunate event in their lives and helps them get back on their feet. I am very proud to have the opportunity to assist the organization in any way I can.

Brief Officer Bio:    Lisa Hart owns Just Floors, Inc. with her husband Philip. Just Floors, Inc. has been serving Central Florida since 1991.Why she joined TMS: Lisa and her husband are long-time supporters of the Mustard Seed. When Lisa’s friend and colleague, Felicia Lewis, became a member of the board, Lisa wanted to learn more from her about the agency and its needs. Over the next few weeks, Lisa met the Director of the agency, came for a tour of the facility, and was moved to get involved.

Brief Officer Bio:    Rose M. Marsh is active in all of the local legal associations and has lectured and presented materials at various seminars and classes throughout the years. Graduating from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Rose attended Wayne Law School in Detroit, Michigan. She practices in Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Volusia, Brevard, Lake, Polk, and Hillsborough Counties.Rose’s memberships and associations include the Florida Bar and Orange and Seminole County Bar Associations, the Family Law Sections of Florida, Orange and Seminole Bars, and service as the Former President of Seminole County Bar Association. She has also held leadership roles within the Seminole County Legal Aid Society and the Lukemia and Lymphoma Society.Why she joined TMS: Rose has been aware of the Mustard Seed for many years. Clark Waters of the Mustard Seed board encouraged Rose to learn more. After joining Clark for a tour of the facility and hearing about the direction the agency is taking, she offered to join the leadership on the Mustard Seed Board. She is looking forward to raising awareness of the Mustard Seed and its mission in the community.

Brief Officer Bio: Tina Kuga is an HR and Benefits Consultant for Willis of Florida in the Human Capital Practice Division. Tina’s extensive background in Employee Benefits, Insurance and Human Resources has helped many businesses in the Central Florida community to create a strategy to assess their total Employee Benefits initiatives. She has worked with many organizations, from small business to large corporations. Before working for Willis of Florida, she was a small business owner herself, as the owner of a Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida insurance agency for 6 years. Tina has also been part of the Central Florida community since 1986. She is a graduate of Winter Park High School, and decide to continue her education at the University of Central Florida, obtaining a degree in Psychology in 1999. Tina then earned her Master’s in Human Resources Management in 2002 from Rollins College. Why she joined TMS: Tina has lived in the Central Florida area for many years, and is very familiar with what The Mustard Seed stands for and their mission. She wanted to be affiliated with an organization that helps the local community, and to help extend these services to more families in need.
