Each year our staff and volunteers go all out to help the
children of Central Florida have a happy Christmas, Kwanzaa or
Hanukah. We sort and organize toys for the children of those who
have signed up for this program and provide a place and
materials for their parents to wrap their gifts.
Our
many community partners really shine during the holiday season.
Real Radio 104.1 has performed their old-time radio-show-style
reading of Dicken's Christmas Carol to Benefit the Mustard Seed
every year since 1997. The Christmas Wish program at Mix105.1
helps those in need find their way to us. Single Volunteers of
Central Florida assist us with distribution and wrapping.

In previous years other groups have lent a hand to this program.
The now disbanded Orlando Seals Hockey team sent seven huge
boxes of new stuffed animals that their fans tossed on the ice
after goals. The US Postal Service provided turkeys to give the
kids a great holiday dinner.
And of course, the many individual donors and volunteers make it
all happen!
Please contact the Mustard Seed if you or your business or
organization would like to be a part of this great program that
brings so much joy to children in the area.
