Clothing and Other Items

The Mustard Seed depends on the generosity of a variety of donors to provide furniture, household goods and clothing. They are as follows: residential, corporate, retail, hospitality industry, and others. We rely on the support from our community for these items so we may continue to serve our clients with the necessary items to create a home. Furniture and clothing donations are accepted at our warehouse Monday – Friday, during regular business hours, as well as the second Saturday of every month. If you have furniture items, you can request a donation pickup by calling: 407-875-2040  x 16, or fill in the form below.

To maximize your pickup we accept clothing, books and other miscellaneous household items along with your furniture, as long as they are boxed or bagged.

To ensure quality of service we ask that all donations be free of rips, stains, pet hair, and in good working condition. We are doing our best to cut our cost for dumping fees. We take pride in the items we provide to our families.  We work with a very small staff and do not have the manpower, or the financial means, to pay for parts and repairs.

SCHEDULE A DONATION PICKUP:

Please note: there is a $25 pickup donation required at the time of pickup. You may pay this in advance by calling 407-875-2040 x 16. There is a $20 additional charge for every flight of stairs we have to go up to secure your donations. These donation fees help us to cover the costs of our fuel, vehicle maintenance and manpower.
